Five holes

What committees ask before they move

  1. Hole1

Your club sets the rules and the rates

Set starting tees, intervals, rates and who may book each window, by day or season.

  2. Hole2

You can move across without losing a booking

Import your current system's exports, compare day by day, and undo any import within 14 days.

  3. Hole3

Your members' information belongs to your club

We process it for your club under POPIA, as our privacy notice and PAIA manual explain.

  4. Hole4

Each person sees what their job needs

Create roles, set limits on discounts and refunds, and see who changed what.

  5. Hole5

Golfers looking for a round can find you

Golfers book your open times online from the day you choose.

A Saturday at the club

What a Saturday looks like for the people who run it

05:45

The starter

The starter prints the sheet and sees who owes green fees.

09:30

The pro shop

The pro shop fits in a walk-in and moves a group to the 10th.

13:00

The secretary

A member cancels online and the slot reopens straight away.

18:00

The committee

The committee sees rounds played and how full the course was.

Getting started

What the set-up looks like

Every template is a starting point you can change.
  1. 01

    Register your club

Your club starts as a draft that only your team can see.

  2. 02

Set up your course and rates

A guided set-up covers tee times, rates and cancellation terms.

  3. 03

    Invite your staff

Add staff with the roles you choose, now or later.

  4. 04

    Move your bookings

Import members and bookings, or skip this if you're starting fresh.

  5. 05

    Go live after approval

We check every club before golfers can book it.

Questions

Questions committees ask us

Can we offer discounted times on TeeTimes?
Yes. Set a lower rate for the times you choose, and golfers see it in search.
Will visitors still find us?
Yes, because golfers search TeeTimes by place, date and time and see your open times at your price.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with members only and add visitors when you're ready.
What happens to our current system?
Keep it running while you try TeeTimes, and switch once both match.
Who owns our members' information?
Your club does. We only use it to run your bookings.
Do golfers pay a booking fee?
No. Clubs pay us, so a R495 round costs the golfer R495.
Does it work with handicaps?
Members keep the official handicap system. We store GolfRSA numbers for lookups.
Can our staff practise before we go live?
Yes. Staff can rehearse while golfers can't see your club yet.
Can we keep members-only times?
Yes. Each window can be members only, and staff can still book at the counter.
